COBBLESTONE PARK PAVILION & RESTROOM BUILDING

The Cobblestone Park project in Apple Valley, MN, is a key enhancement to the city’s park infrastructure, aimed at creating an inviting and functional community space. The project features a new 1,500-square-foot picnic pavilion and a 765-square-foot restroom building, designed to serve visitors of the park while complementing its natural surroundings. The pavilion, capable of accommodating up to 50 people, is available for rent by the community, making it an ideal location for family gatherings, picnics, and other small events. Its design focuses on accessibility, functionality, and durability, ensuring that it can serve the community for years to come.

Strategically located on Cobblestone Lake Parkway, the pavilion and restroom building are situated to enhance the existing amenities in the park, making it more attractive and user-friendly for residents and visitors alike. The park's upgrades not only support casual daily use but also make the park a desirable spot for organized events, reinforcing its role as a central community gathering place.

This project serves as an excellent example of thoughtful urban planning and investment in local infrastructure, contributing to the overall quality of life in Apple Valley.
